Frank Pintz was acquitted (found not guilty) of all sexual assault charges.

The Crawford County jury found Frank Pintz not guilty of multiple counts of sexual assault after a week of medical testimony presented by district attorney Tim Baxter. Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin

A Crawford County man was accused of first degree sexual assault and repeated first degree sexual assault with the same child. Both chages are Felony B crimes under Wisconsin law. Attorney Christopher T. Van Wagner has filed a notice of retainer. Timothy C. Baxter is the prosecuting district attorney. The trial date has yet to be set.
